Welcome to Wishive! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wishive mobile app, platform, and services (“Service”). By using Wishive, you agree to these Terms.
Wishive is a social wishlist platform that lets users save and share gift ideas. We do not sell products, process payments, or handle orders. All purchases occur externally on third-party vendor websites.
To use Wishive, you must meet the minimum age requirement established in your region. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To access full features, you must create an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You own the content you add (e.g., wishlists, comments, profile details). By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it within the app. You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
You may optionally provide a shipping address for gift fulfillment purposes. Wishive does not handle shipments or verify address accuracy—this is for reference by grantors only.
Wishive is not involved in transactions. When a grantor selects a wish to fulfill, they are directed to an external website. Any transaction is governed by that site’s terms and policies. Wishive is not liable for third-party site experiences, fulfillment, or refunds.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
All Wishive branding, features, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Do not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials without permission.
Wishive provides its services “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Use the platform at your own risk.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, vendors, or the delivery of items purchased outside the app.
Wishive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or any third-party site accessed through it.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Wishive after changes means you accept the revised terms.
